You can switch between account types at any time as follows.

Switch between paid types
If you switch between the two paid types the switch will take effect at the end of the current pay period.

Switch from free to paid
If you switch from the free to either paid types the switch will take effect immediately.

Switch from paid to free
If you switch from either paid type to free the switch will take effect immediately. You should only do this toward the end of your paid period because you will lose the balance of your paid amount. Any paid calculation types such as a Multiple Stem Retaining Wall that you created using a paid account will be available for printing but you will not be able to edit them if you switch to the free account.

Deactivate your account
Deactivating your account means that we will not charge you beginning with the next billing period after you deactivate your account. You will still be able to view and print your existing calculations but you will not be able to create new ones. Please see Sign Up for more information.
